Split type. Lead free.

Oil, acid, alkali and salt water resistant. 140N/mm2 dynamic load, 250N/mm2 static load. 60N/mm2 oscillating load. Speed limit (in oil) 4.5 metre surface speed per second.

Used in food applications, flow meters and pumps in pharmaceutical applications, printing machines chemical engineering and seawater applications.

Material is stainless steel, bonded with porous sintered bronze interlayer which is impregnated and overlaid with polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE).

Operating Temperature -200 degrees to 280 degree C.
